At SS Physiotherapy Ltd we will provide the following services: We will go through an extensive consultation to determine the best course of rehabilitative action for each patient. This consultation will include an extensive review of the patient’s history and physician recommendations so that each patient will receive the best possible care while providing no extraneous or superfluous services. The practice will work closely with the patient’s primary care and specialty care physicians so that treatment plans for each patient are designed to increase the speed of the recovery process. Tasks involved in providing the above services are: • Examine medical reports and assess patients to determine the condition of muscles, nerves or joints in need of treatment. • Explain treatment to and instruct patients in posture and other exercises and adapt treatment as necessary. • Offer advice and education on how to avoid injury and promote patients’ future health and well-being. • Write up patients’' case notes and reports, maintain their records and manage case load. • Monitor patients’' progress and liaise with others concerned with treatment and rehabilitation of the patients. • Plan and undertake therapy to improve circulation, restore joint mobility, strengthen muscles and reduce pain. • Supervise other physiotherapy assistants.
